Introduksi Alat Pencetak Rengginang Tepat Guna

Salah satu tugas melekat yang tidak dapat dielakkan bagi insan perguruan tinggi adalah melakukan pengabdian masyarakat. Dalam salah satu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat saya di Dinas Pertanian Propinsi DIY, saya bertemu dengan kelompok UKM pangan. Dari sekian banyak permasalahan yang dilontarkan, ada salah satu permasalahan yang diungkapkan oleh UKM rengginang Lestari – Sleman yang menurut saya cukup menantang. Permasalahan tersebut adalah tuntutan adanya alat pencetak rengginang.
